Diskloom (“we”, “us”) is a macOS utility that helps developers reclaim disk space from regeneratable development artifacts. This policy explains what information is involved when you use the website and the app.
Diskloom scans folders you choose and standard Xcode locations to identify regeneratable storage (for example node_modules and DerivedData). File paths and sizes are processed on your device only. Scan results, reclaim history, preferences, and license state are stored locally in your Mac’s application support directory.
Diskloom does not upload scanned files, project contents, or reclaim history to our servers.
If you purchase a license, checkout is handled by Polar. After purchase you receive a license key by email. When you activate the key in Diskloom, the app contacts Polar’s API to validate the key. Polar’s processing of payment and contact details is governed by Polar’s own privacy policy.
The Diskloom website (diskloom.com) is a static site. We do not operate first-party analytics cookies on this site. Hosting and CDN providers (such as Vercel) may collect standard server logs (for example IP address, user agent, and requested URL) needed to serve and secure the site.
Download links may be served as binary files from the same host. Purchases are completed on Polar’s checkout pages.
